Cryolipolisis:

Cryolipolysis जो पेशेंस में coolsculpting के नाम से famous है वह cold temperature का इस्तेमाल fat cells breakdown करने के लिए करता है. यह technology development करने के लिए interesting observation किया गया था.बच्चों में जिसे popsicle panniculitis कहते हैं. Young children अगर ice cream,ice cubes or popsicles खाने के बाद उनके cheek का fat inflammation की वजह से कम होता था. Injection lipolysis:

यह chemically fat को injection site से कम करते हैं.Deoxycholic acid or Phosphatidyl choline ये medicine  इंजेक्ट किया जाता है जिसकी वजह से fat cells melt होते हैं. Kybella इस ब्रांड को double chin correction के लिये FDA ने approval दिया है. इसमें 2 से 3 सेंटीमीटर का पेट का घर कम होता है. ट्रीटमेंट 4 से 6 हफ्ते में repeat किया जाता है.इंजेक्शन dose बहुत ज्यादा एक साथ नहीं दे सकते इसकी वजह से बहुत बड़ा area का treatment इसमें नहीं कर सकते.

Low level laser therapy(LLLT):

Low level laser therapy(LLLT) में 635nm wavelength का इस्तेमाल होता है.Zerona laser को FDA approval मिल गया है.इसमें laser light fat cells के few mm में hole करते है. वहां से lipid release होते है और बॉडी का lymphatic system उसे remove करता है. एक study में इस ट्रीटमेंट  ने promising results दिखाए है. तक़रीबन 3.5 इंच waist circumference reduction दो हफ्ते के बिच में देखने को मिले थे. हलाखी  इस ट्रीटमेंट रिजल्ट के बारे में काफी कम लिटरेचर अवेलेबल है.
